Understanding Our Services
As a Campbells Waste partner, your community’s residents get a branded waste bin, and our professional valet teams handle nightly trash collection 5–7 nights a week based on your service guidelines.
Guidelines are typically as follows:
- Maximum of 2 bags per night
- Cardboard boxes must be broken down
- No loose trash – all waste must be bagged
- Place trash out by the scheduled start time
- Bags should be tied securely and free of tears or leaks
- No bulk items included in regular pickup
- Each bag should not exceed 15 lbs.
- Trash must be placed in the provided Campbells Waste bin

I did not get a container, or my container is damaged or lost. How can I get a new one?
Leasing offices handle the assignment, distribution, and tracking of Campbells Waste containers. Residents should request a bin through their leasing office.
I do not want this Campbells Waste container. Can you please come and pick it up?
Your community leasing office assigns and tracks the container for your apartment unit. The doorstep trash collection service selected by your community management requires that this container always be used for sanitary and aesthetic reasons. If you prefer not to use it, please contact your leasing office.
How much do I have to pay for this service? Do I receive a Bill?
Campbells Waste is contracted by your property management and does not bill individual residents. For any questions regarding billing or service, please contact your community leasing office.
